Role OverviewThe Process & Equipment Engineering Manager leads the global strategy and execution of equipment and process support for customization operations. This role manages a distributed team of engineers and technicians and is accountable for scalable support models, equipment reliability, capital planning, and technical readiness across multiple manufacturing sites.
What You Will Do
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and engineers supporting global customization facilities, set priorities, allocate resources, and build technical capability to support both current operations and future growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- 8+ years of relevant experience with 3+ years in a management role
- Manufacturing equipment experience strongly preferred
