Job Description
Netflix is seeking two Product Consumer Insights Managers to join the Member Experience team. These leaders will manage a team of researchers, establish a strategic vision for member engagement, and lead impactful projects within the TV, Mobile, Web, and Live TV platforms. The role involves building strategic partnerships and influencing business decisions through data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience leading a team of product researchers.
  • Skilled at prioritizing across competing needs and articulating clear rationale for decisions.
  • Deep expertise in global product research informing UX strategy.
  • Expertise in product and user experience research, qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
