Requirements

  • Supervisory/managerial skills, including planning, leading, delegating
  • Working knowledge of assembly operation process
  • Cost center management including budgeting, cost reduction plans, and customer quality requirements
  • Knowledge of collective agreements, health, safety, and environment, and employment legislation
