Role OverviewAs a Manager Project Engineering, you will develop and control the fiscal year engineering, project budget, major turnaround engineering, and the supervision of all project managers. You will be responsible for implementing budget, appropriations, and project control processes for capital workload, and overseeing the process of selecting and evaluating engineering contractors.
What You Will Do
You will perform final review and approval of designs, budgets, project plans, schedules, resources, QA/QC procedures, and project reports. You will also recruit and train Project Managers in the process and principals of project management, and negotiate required changes with contractors.

Requirements
- Able and willing to work on-site, in-person at the Valero McKee Refinery
- Bachelor's or higher level degree in Engineering
- 10 years of engineering or related experience
