Job Description
Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Safety Manager to support the development and maintenance of an Incident and Injury Free Culture. The successful candidate will have extensive construction safety experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for safety.

Requirements

  • Develop and maintain a Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations
  • Lead incident and injury investigations
  • Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports
  • Monitor and audit Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI)/Subcontractor compliance
  • Co-facilitate safety trainings and testing for all employees
  • Assist the Project Leadership Team in the execution of weekly safety meetings
