Job Description
The Manager, Quality will lead a team of quality professionals responsible for product quality, consumer safety, and quality system effectiveness for the Baby division. The role will drive quality into Baby new products, maintain and improve existing product quality, and lead effective corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, materials, industrial engineering, or closely related field required
  • 7+ years of Quality experience in consumer products and/or durable goods
  • 3+ years of people management experience, including coaching and developing technical talent
