Role OverviewThe Manager, Quality will develop, implement, and monitor business unit quality policies and procedures. They will manage strategic business unit quality activities and resources, and lead and participate in the business unit quality audit and corrective action process.
What You Will Do
The Manager, Quality will develop and maintain methods and systems for measuring quality goals, objectives, and standards. They will interface with marketing, operations, and engineering to establish quality requirements, and monitor warranty procedures.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with airworthiness certification requirements and regulatory bodies
- 2+ years of prior Quality experience as it relates to FAA Part 145 Repair Station
- 2+ years of ISO 9000 quality system requirements
- 2+ years of working knowledge of internal audit policies and procedures
- 2+ years of working knowledge of production management computer systems
- 2+ years of prior or current supervisory experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or aerospace engineering; or equivalent / A&P certificate
