Job Description
Lead quality management across manufacturing and program execution, drive enterprise-level quality strategy, compliance, and continuous improvement across complex aerospace/defense programs in a high-performing environment.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in quality leadership within aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing
  • Strong expertise in AS9100 / ISO quality systems, MRB, RCCA (8D), PFMEA / DFMEA, Supplier quality & audit readiness
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional quality initiatives at scale, Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, Experience managing teams and driving continuous improvement in fast-paced environments
