What You Will Do
Provides regular, standardized volume and referral reports, and volume strategy updates to campus and institutional leadership. Develops strategies to expand the program's referral base and retains existing business. Manages the department's operating budget and monthly budget reports.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Builds and maintains relationships with referring physicians and their office staff. Monitors and improves patient satisfaction and customer service, addressing complaints and safety issues promptly.
Requirements
- Associate degree [Required]
- 5+ years relevant clinical or leadership experience in management of health care programs and/or outpatient services [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
- Registered Technologist - Radiation Therapy RT(T)(ARRT) [Required]
