Role OverviewManage reliability staff and projects in support of bio-pharmaceutical and aseptic filling operations. Represent and report reliability program metrics to executive management. Mentor and develop staff consistent with best practices and Aji Bio-Pharma policy.
What You Will Do
Oversee day-to-day reliability activities, train and mentor technical and supervisory staff on best practices, review department output for customer service and compliance, and provide in-depth technical review of all documents and reports.

Requirements
- High school Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant engineering experience required
- 3 years leadership/supervisory experience
- Understanding of plant and equipment reliability preferred
- 4 years cGMP experience preferred
- Well-developed hands-on experience with Process Mechanical Systems including facilities and utility equipment
- Understanding of pharmaceutical systems and processes
