Role OverviewAs a Manager, Reliability in our operations organization, you will lead efforts to improve asset reliability, operational performance, and overall equipment effectiveness across the site to help keep facilities running safely, reliably, and efficiently. You will use data, reliability insights, and cross-functional collaboration to support a strong culture of safety in a complex industrial environment. You will coach other engineers, align reliability priorities to strategy, and help teams navigate change in a fast-moving environment.
What You Will Do
Lead reliability-focused teams and initiatives that improve asset performance and operational effectiveness, setting clear direction that links day-to-day work to broader business strategy. Coach and develop team members, modeling integrity, giving direct feedback, and scaling strong leadership practices so teams are engaged, accountable, and performing at a high level.

Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- 6 years of relevant work experience in reliability, maintenance, or industrial operations
- Possess a valid driver’s license
