Job Description
The Manager, Repair Center is responsible for the overall performance, financial accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement of Repair Center and Pre-Delivery Confirmation operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree From an accredited four-year college or university in in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field plus eight years of leadership and related experience and/or training
  • Repair and or Collision Center experience
  • Lead corrective actions using Lean tools (A3, root cause analysis, standard work)
  • Automotive, manufacturing, and or distribution operations knowledge
