What You Will Do
Manage Respiratory Therapy teams, staffing, workflows, and daily operations; oversee inpatient respiratory care for adult patients and Level III NICU; implement clinical standards, protocols, and evidence-based practices.

- Minimum 3 years of inpatient Respiratory Therapy management experience
- Experience with adult inpatient care and Level III NICU
- Recent experience working in a union hospital environment
- Minimum 7 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
- Minimum 3 years of leadership/management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- Active California Respiratory Care Practitioner License
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
- National Respiratory Therapy Board certification
- BLS certification required
