The Retail Manager is responsible for driving the overall strategy, optimization, and performance of Tao Group Hospitality's retail operations across Nightlife and Daylife venues in Las Vegas. This role oversees daily retail operations while maintaining a strong focus on revenue growth, inventory optimization, guest experience, and team development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury, nightlife, hospitality, or high-volume environments
  • Strong background in retail strategy, sales optimization, and inventory management
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
