Manager, Retail Partnerships

DoorDash
San Francisco, NY
Category Sales
Job Description
Role Overview

The Retail Partnerships Manager will lead DoorDash's effort to grow and deepen strategic partnerships across a handful of our largest categories. This is a player-coach role: you will lead and develop a team of Enterprise Partner Managers (EPMs) while directly owning our newest category and the accounts within that category.

What You Will Do

Lead a handful of DoorDash's fastest-growing retail verticals, develop long-term business plans alongside our partners for their multi-channel customer strategies, drive high-stakes contract renegotiations at the VP/GM level with some of retail's biggest names, and work at the cutting edge of AI-powered partnership management.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will be the player-coach who shapes the next generation of EPM talent at DoorDash, own meaningful outcomes — your deals and your team's wins will directly move DoorDash's New Verticals P&L, and work with partners across DoorDash to align companywide resources and help build out our partners' digital businesses.
