Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Risk Management to lead our Enterprise Risk Management team in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact our operations, reputation, or financial stability. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of multifamily commercial real estate lending and servicing and experience in performing risk assessments.

Requirements

  • Lead efforts to identify, assess, and evaluate potential risks
  • Conduct risk assessments, analyze data, and present findings to the Chief Risk Officer
  • Develop, implement, and update risk management policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and departments to create tailored risk management plans
  • Maintain accurate records of risk assessments, decisions made, and actions taken
  • Act as a key advisor to senior management on risk-related matters and decision-making
  • Help ensure that all employees understand their roles in risk management and adhering to risk management protocols
