Role OverviewAs a key member of the Systems Engineering & Safety Science Team, the Manager of Safety Science and Data Analytics will lead a team of Safety Scientists and Analysts. This role is responsible for delivering technical and managerial guidance in the development and implementation of decision support and simulation models, custom statistical analysis, and forecasting and business intelligence systems.

Manages a team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Provides technical leadership and strategic direction for safety-related data solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field, or other equivalent experience/training
- 3-5 years of relevant technical, or business, work experience
- Experience leading direct reports
- Experience overseeing data projects from inception to completion, including defining requirements, managing timelines, and delivering results.
- Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data analysis techniques.
