Job Description
Keolis is seeking a Manager of Safety & Training to join their team in Nantucket, MA. The role involves leading safety and training initiatives, developing and implementing safety program plans, and conducting investigations and analysis. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of progressive transit experience, knowledge of DOT policies and regulations, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • 3 years of progressive transit experience preferred
  • Knowledgeable with DOT policies, FTA, OSHA, NIMS, EPA standards and ADA requirements
  • Experience developing and implementing safety program plans and procedures
  • Conducting investigations, analyzing data, and identifying and recommending corrective action
