Requirements

  • 3+ years in SaaS sales leadership or SDR management
  • Proven track record in coaching SDRs
  • Prior experience as an SDR or Account Executive
  • Strong ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
  • Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce, Salesloft)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Deep familiarity with outbound prospecting tactics and pipeline generation
