Job Description
The Sales Manager of our SMB Farmer team drives team performance by ensuring disciplined execution of the sales process, including pipeline management, process adoption, and effective deal strategy and negotiation support. The role reinforces consistent behaviors across the team to drive results while coaching individuals to improve execution quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience
  • 5+ years of relevant sales leadership experience in the software industry
  • Strong business management skills and a track record of understanding a sales consulting methodology
  • Significant experience with one or more vertical industry markets
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously
