Job Description
We are looking for a Manager, Sales Strategy & Operations to join our team. The role involves partnering with GTM leaders to define and drive revenue strategy, turning business goals into clear plans, and leading high-impact analyses to drive decisions and action.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years in RevOps, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or similar
  • Experience managing or mentoring others
  • Strong business judgment
  • Ability to go from messy data to clear recommendations
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce and modern GTM tooling
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional work and keep stakeholders aligned
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • A builder mindset: you fix root problems and create scalable solutions
  • Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimum supervision
  • A practical understanding of how AI and automation can improve GTM operations
