Role OverviewThe Manager, Sales Training is responsible for building the capabilities that drive Growth performance across Compassus. This leader owns the strategy, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement of Growth-specific learning and development programs.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a comprehensive Growth learning strategy, build capability roadmaps, and partner with Growth leaders to identify performance gaps and translate business priorities into scalable learning solutions.
