Job Description

The Scrum Master will facilitate and guide agile teams in delivering high-quality products by planning, coordinating, and directing team activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3–4 years as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum and other agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe).
  • Proven ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and remove impediments.
  • Skilled in stakeholder communication and conflict resolution.
  • Proficient in agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Confluence).
  • Solid understanding of metrics and reporting for team performance.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
