Job Description
The Manager, Security will maintain and evaluate security processes, practices, and policies to reduce risks and ensure compliance with contractual commitments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of equivalent work or military experience
  • 5 years of security management or law enforcement investigative experience
  • Experience in guard management, criminal investigations, contract review, physical security design and implementation, or criminal investigative experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Computer-based background with knowledge in software and spreadsheet applications
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to articulate and present business cases
  • Critical thinking and innovation skills on multiple project initiatives
  • Comprehension of logistics and transportation supply chain models
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly while working well under pressure
  • Knowledge in risk and vulnerability assessments and analysis
