Job Description
The Manager, Shipboard HR Programs is responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of strategic HR programs that support the company’s HR strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track in project management, HR policy/procedure development and experience in managing organizational change in a complex multinational environment.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR Management or equivalent
  • 5 years in a similar role
  • Significant HR Generalist/Management experience
  • Preferred experience in the cruise industry and/or shipboard experience
  • SHRM or CIPD qualified
