Job Description
Samsara is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Logistics Manager to oversee all aspects of mailroom operations, including parcel carrier accounts, program optimization, efficient processing, and delivery of shipments. The role focuses on maintaining meticulous records and inventory control while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days per week in the San Francisco Office.

Requirements

  • Develop and implement efficient shipping and receiving procedures and protocols.
  • Manage the daily operations of the Headquarters mailroom.
  • Administer and oversee corporate shipping accounts.
  • Track and allocate monthly UPS billings.
  • Develop and launch global shipping programs.
  • Manage inventory of shipping supplies and equipment.
  • Resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations.
