Job Description
Global Citizen is seeking a Manager of Social Media to drive content creation and reporting for Global Citizen social media channels across multiple platforms. This role reports to the Senior Director/Head of Social on our Global Marketing Team.
Requirements
4–7 years of professional experience as a social media editor, content creator, or in a similar digital content role.
Proven experience developing dynamic, engaging, platform-native content across multiple social channels.
Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate content creation, enhance ideation, optimize copy, analyze performance data, and improve workflow efficiency.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various competing priorities.
Highly adaptable, with proven ability to balance changing needs in fast-paced environments.
Experience in a global work environment where work may extend beyond standard business hours.
Creative, proactive, and able to spot problems and solve them.
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and sense of humor.
Commitment to Global Citizen mission of ending extreme poverty.
