Role OverviewWe're seeking a mission-aligned Manager to help build and improve our products. As a hands-on technical leader reporting to the CEO, you'll play a crucial role in architecting and developing data-driven solutions while leading a distributed engineering team.
What You Will Do
Lead software development initiatives while maintaining hands-on involvement, architect and develop data-producing/consuming software solutions, ensure high-quality deliverables through well-designed, maintainable, and unit-tested code, and more.

Requirements
- BS or advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years hands-on Python development experience
- 8+ years software engineering experience
- Strong understanding of regulated environments (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST)
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL)
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with Atlassian toolset and Agile development methodologies
- Proven track record managing distributed development teams
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
