Role OverviewThe Manager, Sourcing is responsible for developing and executing category strategies that optimize cost, ensure supply continuity, and support business objectives. The role leads the sourcing process, including supplier selection, contract negotiations, and performance management while partnering closely with internal stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute multi-year category strategies, lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, conduct total cost of ownership analysis, negotiate pricing and contractual agreements, establish and manage supplier relationships, and partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
