Role OverviewAs Manager of Special Events at Paramount Pictures, you'll be at the center of some of the entertainment industry's most iconic and high-profile gatherings, set against the backdrop of our legendary Hollywood studio. You'll report directly to the Executive Director of Event Operations and serve as the connective tissue between clients, creative vision, and impeccable execution.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain solid relationships with internal and external partners, leveraging those connections to deliver innovative, memorable events that exceed client expectations. Own end-to-end logistics coordination across all assigned events, ensuring every detail is accounted for from concept through close-out.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of hands-on event planning and execution experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Extraordinary client relationship and expectation management skills
- Solid leadership with the ability to guide teams and vendors toward a shared vision
- Great organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial oversight
- Collaborative team player who steps up to support colleagues when needed
