Role OverviewThe Aftermarket Sales Manager is responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to grow aftermarket revenue, increase customer retention, and expand market share. This position oversees the sales and business development activities related to replacement parts, repair services, maintenance programs, upgrades, and other aftermarket solutions.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve aftermarket revenue and profitability objectives, identify, qualify, and pursue new aftermarket business opportunities, and lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development for aftermarket products and services.

Requirements

- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of aftermarket products, services, maintenance programs, and customer support strategies.
- Experience developing customer relationships and managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
