Manager, Strategic Finance & Corporate FP&A

TensorWave is seeking a Manager, Strategic Finance & Corporate FP&A who will build the models on the commercial and corporate side of the equation, including pricing engines, return analysis, and consolidated operating models. The role requires hands-on work with a high tempo, delivering credible answers to executive and counterparty questions on short timelines. The ideal candidate has a track record of building complex financial models from scratch and working knowledge of capital structure interactions with operating decisions.

What You Will Do

The Manager, Strategic Finance & Corporate FP&A will build and maintain pricing engines, return analysis, and consolidated operating models. They will also supply the corporate financial case that supports Capital Markets' financing execution and provide analysis and reporting to support leadership and investor conversations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, applied mathematics, or another business major, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or strategic finance, with meaningful exposure to capital-intensive businesses
• Track record of building complex financial models from scratch
• Working knowledge of how capital structure interacts with operating decisions
• Comfort working in models that are generated and recalculated programmatically
• Proven ability to take an ambiguous problem, structure it without guidance, and deliver on a short timeline
• Instinct for finding errors, including your own, and the judgment to know which ones matter
• Executive-ready written and verbal communication, and the credibility to hold a position with commercial, engineering, and external counterparts
