Role Overview

The Manager, Strategy drives enterprise strategic planning and advances high-impact, cross-functional priorities across Pattern. This role combines analytical problem-solving, executive decision support, and workstream leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans. The Manager also strengthens investment and commercial decision-making by improving the processes and materials supporting the Investment Committee, Commercial Review Committee, and Board Investment & Finance Committee.

What You Will Do

Lead strategic planning workstreams, structure and advance enterprise-wide priorities, identify and implement improvements to investment and commercial decision-making processes, and prepare executive-ready briefing notes and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Energy, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Five to eight years of relevant professional experience, including demonstrated success independently managing workstreams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with shifting timelines
  • Sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and a consistent commitment to ownership and follow-through
