Job Description
The Subcontracts Manager will oversee subcontracting activities, ensure compliance with procedures, and provide direction to subcontract related activities for projects within Matrix.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of similar experience in Subcontracts Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or field preferred
  • C.P.M., CPSM, A.P.P., CSCP, or Six Sigma certification a plus
  • Good understanding of basic project management principles
  • Strong planning, and organizational skills; good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
