Manager, Supply Chain Excellence

The Manager, SC Excellence plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and efficiency of Barry Callebaut's Supply Chain. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and exceptional leadership abilities to enhance service levels, digitalize processes, and meet local process requirements.

What You Will Do

The role involves implementing and deploying standardized processes, best practices, and tools in alignment with the company's Supply Chain strategy, as well as piloting and evaluating new practices through collaborations with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Certification in Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), Kaizen, or similar
• Min 10+ years of overall experience including 5+ years of relevant domain experience in industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to lead and manage changes in a complex environment
• Critical thinking, ability to spot trends and work with large data sets
• Project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
• Change management expertise to guide the organization through transitions smoothly
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Knowledge of supply chain management software and systems to streamline and enhance processes
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to supply chain management
