Job Description
Anduril Industries is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Process & Compliance to lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of forward-thinking supply chain processes that meet stringent regulatory requirements and establish new benchmarks for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, agility, and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a significant emphasis on process development, optimization, and regulatory compliance within the Aerospace & Defense industry
  • Proven track record of successfully interpreting and implementing complex federal regulations such as DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and FAR
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and auditing robust internal controls and compliance programs
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and process mapping tools
  • Relevant certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CISSP, CISA, or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt are strongly preferred
