Role OverviewThe Manager Supportive Housing will join the Ohio Department of Development to modernize and streamline the state's supportive housing programs. The role will involve empowering homeless programs, supervising staff, and coordinating workload to create opportunities for homeless and low-income individuals and families.
What You Will Do
The Manager will provide customer service and technical assistance, supervise staff, review grant applications, and monitor grantee implementation of supportive housing programs. They will also develop policies, best practices, and training materials.

Requirements
- Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration/public administration, urban planning or political science
- 12 months training or 12 months experience in planning, developing and/or implementing housing and/or homeless grant programs or real estate sales
- Ability to provide own transportation
