Role OverviewThe Manager of Talent Acquisition leads full-cycle hiring for mission-critical roles across Rocky Mountain Prep’s 12 schools, ensuring every campus is staffed with talented, mission-aligned educators and leaders. This role manages candidates from initial application through final interview, creating a responsive, equitable, and high-quality experience at every stage.
What You Will Do
Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, manage talent pipelines, resume review, candidate screening, phone interviews, and final interview coordination to identify strong, mission-aligned candidates. Evaluate candidates with consistency and strong judgment, assessing experience, skills, mission alignment, and potential while maintaining equitable and inclusive selection practices throughout the hiring process.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a school-based setting
- Demonstrated success in recruitment, sales, outreach, or another relationship-driven environment
- Experience building relationships and communicating effectively with diverse candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
- Strong commitment to equity and the ability to apply equitable and inclusive practices throughout candidate selection and hiring
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to providing responsive, high-quality service
- Ability to use data, systems, and candidate information to make sound decisions and drive hiring processes forward
