The Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead and execute recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent for At Home. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven professional with experience in managing a full-cycle recruitment process, building strong partnerships with business leaders, and driving continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience recruiting across a variety of functions, including corporate, distribution, and retail
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive and strategic thinker with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
