Role OverviewThe Manager, Talent Management leads enterprise-wide performance management and career development, including processes that support use of the internal opportunity marketplace. This role partners with business leaders and key stakeholders to design, implement, and continuously improve strategies, systems, programs, and measures that strengthen organizational effectiveness.
What You Will Do
Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide performance management and career development, including internal opportunity marketplace processes. Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, ABS, and the Managed Service Provider to identify organizational needs and design, plan, and implement performance management and career development programs and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field, and 6+ years of Human Resources experience, including at least 2 years in Talent Management and/or an HR Business Partner role.

- Experience with performance management and talent development practices
- Strong data analysis and interpretation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with business process improvement, change management, and program and process management
- Strong communication, stakeholder influencing, relationship management, and collaboration skills
- Business acumen, cultural competence, and working knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance, including employment law fundamentals
