Job Description
Digital Realty Trust, Inc. is seeking a Tax Accounting Manager to support its global tax team. The role will play a key part in the company's financial reporting, SOX controls, and M&A activity. The Tax Accounting Manager will assist with supporting the review of quarterly and annual global income tax provision process, prepare tax memos, and review income tax disclosures and footnotes for annual and quarterly financial statements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
  • 6-9+ years of corporate tax experience
  • Solid working knowledge of ASC 740 principles
  • Experience with global reporting of quarterly income tax accounting and related disclosures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid organizational skills, great attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
