Job Description
Join Crown Castle as a Manager Technical Assistance Center (Operational Technology) and lead the Technical Assistance Center in support of tower operations. Lead a team, establish standards and policies, and manage external vendor relationships to ensure optimal system performance and compliance with contracts and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in telecommunications, electrical engineering required
  • 5+ years of technical work experience in the telecommunications industry with a technical background in tower lighting, telephony, and data networking preferred
  • Previous experience in managing direct reports strongly preferred
