Role OverviewThe Defense Mission and Health Solutions team seeks a Verification Director to support Health and Human Services (HHS) and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) customer delivery. The role provides executive leadership and oversight for verification, processing, and customer-facing operational activities.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary customer-facing leader for verification operations, lead verification and processing activities, build and maintain trusted relationships with government officials, and oversee site operational teams.

- Experience using data and metrics to drive operational performance
- US Citizen and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
