Manager, Technical & Regulatory Training

The Manager, Technical & Regulatory Training is responsible for coordinating all customers, technical and regulatory training requirements and for overall management of the training program. This includes maintaining processes for identifying training needs, supervising instructors, and coordinating training as part of the new hire/orientation process. The Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a current and accurate FAA-approved training program document and obtaining required FAA approvals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree GED required
• Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and candidates must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or individual admitted as a refugee or granted asylum)
