Job Description
Plan and lead the identification, development, and implementation of technology-enabled, data-driven solutions that improve operational performance, safety, cost efficiency, and sustainability across the company operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
  • 8-12+ years of experience in mining or related operations
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Extensive proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite with a strong emphasis on Excel
  • Experience with data analytics, visualization, and reporting software such as Power BI (preferred), Tableau, etc.
