Manager, Technology Finance Function Support

The Manager, Finance Technology Function Support will lead the Finance Technology team, guiding enterprise financial data governance and Oracle Fusion operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team and directly influence how financial data is structured, governed, and utilized across a complex healthcare organization.

What You Will Do

As the Manager of Finance Technology Support, you will lead, coach, and develop the Finance Function Support team, oversee day-to-day production support for Oracle Fusion Finance applications, and partner closely with Finance leadership, Finance Operations, IT, and facility stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years supporting enterprise Finance applications, ERP systems, Finance technology, or Oracle applications
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams, assigning work, coaching staff, and driving performance
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance or a comparable enterprise ERP platform
• Demonstrated experience supporting General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and related workflows
• Proven track record in managing production support environments, troubleshooting complex issues, and managing vendor/managed service partner relationships
• Hands-on experience partnering with business leaders, leading application testing/upgrades, and balancing tactical support with strategic project delivery
