Job Description
Form Energy is hiring a Technical Manager of Test Engineering to lead our shock and vibrations department. As part of our Shock and Vibrations Test Engineering Team, you will be involved in managing and mentoring test and analysis engineers, developing test strategies and prioritizing tests, in partnership with structural design teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of deep technical experience in Shock and Vibration testing and analysis
  • Extensive experience architecting test strategies, processing high-bandwidth vibration data
  • Proven success in building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing engineering teams
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in closing the loop between test and analysis
