Job Description
Quanta is seeking a Leadership role for their Retirement Benefits programs, specifically the 401(k) and non-qualified deferred compensation (NQDC) plans. This position will be responsible for strategic and operational management, ensuring programs are compliant, competitive, and aligned with business objectives. It requires experience in retirement benefits administration and strong analytical and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Oversee administration of all retirement plans (401(k) and NQDC plans).
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, 409(a), IRS, and DOL regulations.
  • Lead annual audits and other regulatory reporting.
  • Serve as primary contact for retirement plan recordkeepers.
  • Maintain and update plan documents.
  • Coordinate retirement plan committee meetings.
  • Monitor investment lineups.
  • Lead team development.
  • Analyze plan participation.
