Role OverviewThe Manager, Tradeshow Regional is responsible for EFW's exhibit and tradeshow business within an assigned region through strong General Service Contractor (GSC) relationships, business development, and operational leadership. The position serves as the primary regional exhibit resource, developing relationships with local GSC teams, identifying new revenue opportunities, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring consistent execution of exhibit and tradeshow freight.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and regional GSC leadership, sales, and operations teams. Identify opportunities to increase shipment volume and revenue from existing GSC relationships. Develop new GSC, exhibit house, and tradeshow-related business opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- 2-4 years of experience in the tradeshow industry (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents
- Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence
- Ability to present to groups across the organization
- Ability to solve problems with a variety of concrete variables through semi-standardized solutions that require some ingenuity and analysis
- Ability to draw inferences and follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve moderately complex problems
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
