Role OverviewThe Manager Trainee will learn to manage a small driver count, ensure safe and timely movement of freight, and provide best-in-class customer service. They will be trained to ensure compliance with DOT regulations and responsible for all drivers' compliance and company regulations.
What You Will Do
The Manager Trainee will learn to build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and carriers, fill in for absent personnel, and perform administrative duties such as payroll and driver counseling. They will also learn to manage yard operations, assign loads, and plan freight movement.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, and be able to work across multiple shifts, including nights and weekends. They will also be willing to travel and regionally relocate dependent on account assignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of experience in management, transportation/logistics, business administration, account management, or related field
- Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed
- Willingness to regionally relocate dependent on account assignment
